King County GIS Parcel Viewer - Search for, and display information about property in King County, including simple parcel maps.

City of Seattle Department of Planning & Development (DPD)- One stop portal for City of Seattle maps, permits, planning, research & publications.

Seattle's Multifamily Residential Zones - This chart explains the different multi-family zoning regulations, and answers such age-old questions as "What does L-1 mean?"

Seattle Public Utilities Home Resource Profile and Billing History - Log in with your Seattle City Light account number to print a summary of your complete utilities billing history for the prior 12 months, or fill out a survey to learn ways you can conserve. 

List of WA State School Districts and links to their websites - This is a good starting point for investigation into Washington schools.

Seattle School District Maps - Use this to figure out which areas are served by a particular school.
